“Steadfastness Upon The Way of The Salaf-us-Saalih” on Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd September 2013.
This event will be broadcast LIVE in Masjid Ibn 'Abbaas, Tobago, two masaajid in Trinidad, Masjid ul Khaleefah and Masjid us Sunnah, and five Masaajid in the U.S.
Masjid Al-Bukhaari, Florida, Masjid Ibn 'Abbas, Georgia, Masjid Nur Allaah, New York, Masjid as-Sahabah, Ohio and Masjid Tawheed, Michigan.
The lectures will be translated LIVE into English in shaa Allah.
For these two days of ‘Ilm we will be hosting five Shuyookh of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah from four countries – Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Algeria.
Saturday 21st ~
1:15pm EDT - “Beware of Extremism” by Shaykh Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdullah al-Imaam (May Allah Preserve him) The Shaykh supervises Markaz Dar-ul-Hadeeth in Ma'bar, Yemen and is one of the senior scholars of Yemen.
2:00pm EDT - “The Virtue of Hajj” by Shaykh Ahmad ibn Thabit al-Wasaabee (May Allah Preserve Him). The Shaykh is a student of Ash-Shaykh Muqbil Ibn Hadee al-Waadi’ee (rahimahullah) and is currently a teacher at Dar-ul-Hadeeth in Dhimar, Yemen under the supervision of our teacher, Shaykh 'Uthmaan as-Saalimee (hafidhahullaah).
4:00pm EDT - “The Harms of the Khawaarij Past and Present” by Shaykh Muhammad Ibn ‘Umar Baazmool (May Allah Preserve Him). The Shaykh is one of the major scholars of our times and is a professor at Umm al-Qura University, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Sunday 22nd ~
3:00pm EDT - “From the Attributes of Holding On To Hot Coals” by Shaykh ‘Abdul Hakeem al-Wahrani (May Allah Preserve Him) who is from the mashaayikh of Algeria and is highly recommended by Shaykh ‘Ubayd al-Jaabiree (hafidhahullah).
4:15pm EDT - “The Reality of Those Who Accuse the Salafi Scholars of ‘Irjaa” by Shaykh Khalid ‘Uthmaan al-Misree (May Allah Preserve Him) who is from the well-known mashaayikh of Egypt.
